Service Description

One week intensive camps from 11am to 1pm. June 12-16, July 17-21, July 31-Aug 4. We will focus on the following: Single Leg Takedowns Bow and Arrow Choke Triangles to Arm Bars Butterfly Sweeps Headquarters Pass Strength and Conditioning The class curriculum will include Gi, No-gi, and Wrestling. Enrollment Fee: $175/ week. Additional Child: $100 ‼️ When booking, select ONE MONDAY to book the entire week ‼️
